Our Out-Wayne County Permanent Supportive Housing Program provides on-going rental assistance to homeless, disabled individuals (18 years of age and over) and families that rent units in the private housing market. Focus on Families Permanent Housing program assists both disabled families and individuals, targeting the chronically homeless.
