Neighborhood Legal Services Michigan (NLSM), located at 7310 Woodward Avenue, Suite 301, Detroit, MI, is seeking a full-time Program Manager (Hybrid Role).
This position combines project management and direct case management responsibilities. The Project Manager will oversee the implementation and operation of housing-related grant programs while also supporting clients through case management services, as needed. This role ensures program compliance with grant requirements, supports program staff, and monitors performance to achieve program goals.
The position reports to the Housing Director and is responsible for preparing and submitting required reports to internal leadership and external funders.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in planning and implementing housing programs
- Provide direct case management services to clients, as needed
- Ensure timely and efficient client intake processing throughout the grant cycle
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements
- Develop and manage project timelines and schedules
- Monitor and manage project budgets in coordination with leadership
- Allocate and manage project resources effectively
- Track and report project deliverables using HMIS and QuickBase
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to project team members
- Monitor program performance and report progress to stakeholders, including funders
- Identify challenges and implement solutions to meet program objectives
- Develop and conduct community outreach and promotional activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in case management
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of HUD regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience working with homeless or low-income populations
- Proven experience in project management, strategic planning, and change management
- Proficiency in HMIS and QuickBase preferred

COMPENSATION
Salary range based upon experience.
